Age Requirement

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

Educational Purpose Only

Our wellness, educational, and exercise programs are designed to provide general information and education. They are not intended to provide individualized medical advice, physical therapy treatment, diagnosis, or care for any specific person.

Any self-assessment tools, demonstrations, or responses to questions are provided for educational purposes only and do not replace a medical or physical therapy evaluation. Participation in our programs does not create a patient-therapist or healthcare provider-patient relationship.

Risks of Exercise

You understand that participation in any exercise or wellness program involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injury, back or neck injury, cardiovascular events, falls, or other injuries. Equipment such as weights, resistance bands, or stability balls may also present risks if used improperly or if malfunction occurs.

We strongly recommend that you obtain medical clearance from a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program. Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk, whether or not you obtain such clearance. You knowingly assume all risks associated with participation.

No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, or improvements from participation in our programs or Services.

Not Physical Therapy Services

Although instructors or contributors may be licensed physical therapists, our online and educational programs are not physical therapy treatment or individualized healthcare services. We do not examine, diagnose, or treat participants, and no patient-therapist relationship is established through participation.

Privacy and Online Participation

You acknowledge that online group sessions may not be private. Individual instructional sessions are not considered telehealth services, and healthcare privacy laws such as HIPAA may not apply. You should avoid sharing sensitive personal or health information that you do not wish to disclose.

Recording of Sessions

Group sessions may be recorded and used for educational, promotional, or training purposes. If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you should disable your camera. By leaving your camera on, you consent to being recorded and to the use of your image for lawful purposes without compensation. We will not associate your name with recorded images unless you voluntarily share it or provide consent.

Product Recommendations and Affiliations

We may recommend products that we believe may be helpful. We may receive compensation or commissions from certain product providers. Recommendations do not constitute endorsements or guarantees, and we make no warranties regarding third-party products. You are free to purchase products from any vendor of your choice.

Technology Risks

You acknowledge the risks associated with online technology, including interruptions, connectivity issues, unclear video or audio, or unauthorized access. We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control.

Sales Policy

License to Digital Content

Digital products and content are licensed to a single user for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, share, or transfer purchased content to any third party.

Ownership

All content on this Site is owned by Restored Physique Physical Therapy Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your credit card information. Please review the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital, they are considered used upon purchase or download. As a result, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial membership periods, unused content, or subscriptions that are not canceled within the renewal or trial period.

If a purchase is made in error, please contact us at whitney@restoredphysique.com to discuss possible resolution. If a refund is approved within 14 days of purchase, a 20 percent administrative and processing fee may apply.

Billing Cycle

Membership fees are billed at the start of each billing period and automatically renewed on a monthly or annual basis unless canceled. Billing dates may adjust depending on the start date of your membership or changes to your plan. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment.

We reserve the right to modify billing timing if payment cannot be successfully processed or if membership terms change.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships are automatically renewed unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your membership at any time, and access will continue through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused content.

Instructions for cancellation will be provided within your account or upon request. Once canceled, your membership will terminate at the end of the billing period.

Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify our Services, pricing, content, and these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site or Services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
